Mitsuo walked quickly towards the park, humming a little to himself as he did so. To be honest, he wasn't really into things like new malls or new buildings or anything unless they looked interesting, but he heard that there was a new specialty curry place that just opened in the new mall down the street!! So of course he wanted to go!! And the moment that somebody had said they wanted to go, he had to say yes!!

So there he was, walking with a fast pace towards the park. He was going to meet up with someone from Twitter!! A new friend!! A girl from the looks of things and her names was Nana? He could only guess from her Twitter display name. In hindsight, it probably seemed strange to her that a boy suddenly volunteered to go to the new mall with her, but hey he could apologise for it later. At that time he was just so excited to learn that someone wanted to go there too!!

Soon he reached the park - and immediately he scanned the area for her. He hadn't uploaded a picture of himself up on his Twitter yet, so he supposed that he had to be the one to find her. He could only hope that the profile picture on her Twitter was indeed a photo of her, so he quickly looked around for a girl with short brown hair. Until he suddenly realised he could just text her on Twitter.

The moment he got a reply from her, he quickly scanned the park once again. And soon enough he found her - a brown-haired girl with a red tee, and waving at him. He immediately waved back. "Hey!!!" he said, walking over quickly. "Wanna go to the mall now? I'm so hungry I could eat a horse right now honestly."

It was one wild decision to have accepted going out with someone she didn't know; Nana had been under the effect of her character change and said yes to the guy with the egg avatar, without thinking it twice. He seemed to have a lot of energy going on about him, and the changed Nana LOVED that concept!

The common Nana, not that much. Her usual self was careful of not being 'too much' to others, because she apreciated the normative and the societal structure. She wouldn't be overbearing, and others wouldn't act that way upon her. Her guardian character had different plans in mind, as her tiny self pushed the girl towards her wardrobe, with her nonextistent stregnth.

After choosing a red, oversized tee shit, shorts, and stockings to go with, Nana waved goodbye to her parents, letting them know that she would be back in around three hours tops. She was off to meet a mysterious guy! She didn't tell them that part...

With fast steps, but not running -- she didn't want to sweat, Nana made it to the park, into a general area where people usually waited for their groups to meet up. She took the chance to check on the twitter timeline, finding that the guy in question had arrived before her. A quick exchange of messages and some hand waves allowed their introduction to be successful, and Nana jogged with girly like steps up to him, examining him from head to toe: He was a cute guy! She was lucky that it wasn't a weird person.

"Hi!!" Her voice, in a sing song tune, greeted him over. "Yeah! Let's go! We can eat first and then look at the stores, yeah?" Brushing her bangs way from her forehead, Nana bowed her head, introducing herself. "I'm Takeuchi"

The second-year bowed a little too, pointing at himself in a casual manner. "I'm Takahashi! But you can just call me Mitsuo, it's shorter to say, yeah?" he said, laughing. Mitsuo grinned back at the girl before him, nodding a few times as a way to voice out his own agreement to her suggestion. A girl with short brown hair and a pleasant demeanour. Maybe she could be a new friend! "Sorry about that sudden tweet," he said, giving her a bit of a sheepish look. "I should have like told you my name and stuff before I asked to go to the mall. I was just so excited you know!!" He smiled brightly back at her. "Like did you know that there's a new curry place in the mall?? We should go and eat there for lunch or something!!" His eyes were already sparkling at the thought of food and he was having difficulty keeping himself from salivating at the idea. Ahhhhh he was so hungry!

But he suddenly snapped out of it, looking back at Nana with an apologetic expression. "Sorry I got carried away there," he said, laughing as he scratched his head sheepishly. "I should have asked you where you wanted to eat first! Like - do you have a preference? Or maybe you're craving something?" The boy laughed, as they walked towards the new mall. Oh wait, he shouldn't just be talking about food right? "Are you from Otonoki?" he asked, curious. "I'm not from around here myself. I just moved her some time ago," he added with a smile. "Oh! And which school do you go to?" he asked. "I go to Seiyo; I'm a second-year there." He flashed her a grin again as he pointed his thumb towards himself. Really he had no reason to tell her all of that (or even asked any of that), but he wanted to make some conversation!

Indeed, he did have a LOT of energy! Maybe she underestimated him: Nana wouldn't be able to keep up with him if she didn't use a character change. He wasn't bad per se, but as much as Nana enjoyed the company of unusual personalities; she didn't have the energy or mentality to keep up with them. With shrugged shoulders and a timid, nervous smile, Nana backed off a step by instinct. "Uhm, are you sure I can do that?" To call someone by their first name upon a first meeting? That was... Fast! To say at least. She would do it if he insisted, but on her side, Nana would always prefer her last name better. "It's... It's cute that our last names are similar though! Don't you think?" Cute wasn't the best word to describe it; she was talking to a guy, not a girly girl like herself! Oh, she was feeling the embarrassment coming through.

Her eyes lowered their sight, findind out that her guardian character had hatched from her egg, and now hid behind her own legs while inspecting the young man in front of them. Thr girl returned her attention to the guy, whose questions bombarded her without a clue of what to respond, but without a longer silence made things awkward between them, Madame, the purple haired guardian, protected her human with her magic: With a snap of the tiny fairy's fingers, Nana received a character change that illuminated her eyes. Nana received a rush of energy that almost equaled Mitsuo's!

"No, it's fine, I'd LOVE to try the curry! We should totally go there first. We will have enough energy to walk around... Oh, but we have to get dessert too, you know? I have no idea what to get, though... Come, let's go we should start walking!" Her feet almost bounced from the excitement. "You're new here? Welcome! I'm a local, I've lived all my life here. it's a calm town but... things have been getting spooky lately, hahah... I go to Seiyo too! I'm a third year there. I figured you go since you are in the timeline." Just as chatty as the other, now she could keep up with his pace.

Mitsuo blinked at her hesitation before he began to give a merry laugh. "Of course!" he said, chuckling at her. Sure, a lot of people found it weird, but not Mitsuo!! To be called Takahashi felt stiflingly formal, so he had always preferred his first name being used rather than his last. "Besides, we're friends now, right?" he continued with a tilt of a head. But he suddenly paused, his face contorting into one of a frown. "Or wait - is that uncomfortable for you? I mean some people aren't exactly like...okay with it all. So it's fine if you wanna just be on last name basis!" He grinned at her.

Yet her timid revelation made Mitsuo only stare at her, before his eyes grew wide and sparkling. "Oh that's right!" he immediately said, his eyes shining. "I didn't realise until you mentioned it!! They really are similar, aren't they?!" He made an excited laugh, grinning back at her with the widest smile he could produce. He didn't really care if she said it was cute or not or that it was an embarrassing thing to admit; there was simply no way it was a coincidence! Or at least, he just liked to think so. "Maybe we're like distant cousins or something!" was his reply, laughing at himself for that. "That's a nice thought right?"

But the sudden personality change startled him a little. He blinked at her at first, surprised he was by her sudden energetic demeanour - before a wide grin took over his face. Sneaky thing!! She must have been hiding that personality under a mountain of timidness!! Well, he wasn't complaining; he loved being able to bounce off his energy against another energetic person!! In fact, his eyes shone even more at the prospect of dessert! "Oh gosh dessert sounds heavenly. Let's go then!! To the mallllllllll!" he shouted, pumping a fist into the air. He quickly took a step forward, waiting for the other to join him as they walked towards the shopping complex. "Ah so you're a third-year! That must mean you're my senior then! Takeuchi-senpai! Or wait, does Nana-senpai sound better?" he said, grinning. "Takeuchi-senpai, teach me everything you know about Otonoki! I know very little about the place aside from school, haha!"

It was quite clear that he hadn't noticed the little sprite at all.
