The Heart’s Egg
+ Description: There’s a book on campus about all this egg business… it’d help you out a lot if you could find it to learn about everything. It might be in the library, or left in a common room; someone else might be looking for it though, or maybe you could look for it with a friend--maybe a friend even already knows about it and its whereabouts!
+ Follow Prompt: +1 Guardians, +1 Faberge, +1 Roost

Most of Fuka's weekday afternoons, when he wasn't on the job with work-study, were spent at the library; he was in 2-A, but he wasn't really cut out for 2-A, and so he constantly had to keep vigilant in order to remain there; his natural aptitude was average at best, and so long hours were spent daily, going over lessons again, doing homework and checking carefully every answer, making sure he had everything learned and memorized that he needed (especially in math--math was tough).
As a result, he'd become a library regular; which was good for his image, he thought, as he already spent a good amount of time socializing to allow it to balance out that he was both social and studious; and also, it made him easy to find, allowing for anyone to access him at any point, which was also seen as quite a plus. And so he kept himself nose-deep in his bath textbook, jotting down notes and answers here and there.
... But he couldn't help the fact that he was rather distracted. On his trip here just the other day, it had been to pick out and read a book that was found in the children's section of this very library, which was on the nature of magical eggs and wish fairies and something along those lines; which not only did he have, he had two of them--and they'd just recently hatched.
The two of them had been sitting in his bag, bickering amongst each other after Fuka had confined them to it for being too loud while he was trying to study; Thesis, the calmer one, had initially said something to upset Zeal, the hotheaded one, and within moments they'd ended up in a heavy back-and-forth debate over ideologies as to how Fuka should be conducting his studies.
And while he quite liked both of the little things (which had an official name, he was sure of it, but he wasn't sure what that name was), they were interfering with his plans for the moment; he supposed they still had to learn of his general routine and such.
... At the same time, though, it was hard not to keep glancing over to the children's section to see if anyone else was going for the book. He didn't know how many other people on campus had these odd little things, no less how many had newer ones, and so he couldn't stem his curiosity. It may have been cutting into his study times, but...
