The park was the perfect place to sit and relax, play some music, enjoy the sunlight as it warmed Hiro up. He really loved the park... just... being in nature, somehow, it was a wondrous feeling. He was playing a mellow tune on his guitar for now. He would've brought more instruments to play, but... today was an acoustic guitar kind of feel, so he went with his gut. Shifting to sit underneath a tree, he placed his back against the trunk, then moved to open his guitar case. He pulled it out, then set it across his lap, moving aside the soft case so it wasn't in the way. He had a pick in the strings on the neck of the guitar, so he pulled that out, then thought about what he wanted to sing.
He was in the mood for something... softer. He thought about the songs he knew, then pulled his mp3 player out. He put in one earbud, then scrolled around to find a nice enough song. Finally, he found one that he liked and felt like playing. He set the mp3 player into his shirt pocket, then adjusted his guitar. As the song began in his ear, he began to play... a perfect match because he'd played this song before. "We Don't Talk Anymore" by Charlie Puth was what he started playing.
"We don't talk anymore..." he sang softly, more to himself than anything. I mean, part of the reason he came to the park was hope that someone would hear him... like someone who could offer him a record deal. That was, ultimately, part of his desire, of course. But part of him just enjoyed singing and playing, so there was that. And this was a song that he'd enjoyed since it first came out. Too bad he had no girls to sing with him, that'd be great. Even someone else to jam with would be nice, though.
