    Being part of Faberge was a factor of pride for the young dancer and she was taking all the chances she could to show her talent where she could. Not only did she want to get herself out there, she wanted to have people feel something with her dances. She had started to try around with contemporary dance for a few months now, she was a quick learner when it came to dance and being able to throw in some ballet moves was a really great extra since she had danced ballet all of her life. But there was something that she wasn't being able to get through- the expressions of one's body is as important as facial expressions. But she wasn't able to show the expressions she wanted on her face, it was a struggle.

    There was a charity concert coming up and Miyu decided to try and fix this issue. To make her dance speak through more, she had to give up something: her identity. It wasn't a permanent thing, the identity is important for her to get known as a dancer, but she was still young and wanted to try and value her movements more than her 'pretty face'. With the help of some people and the internet, she created a mask that she could wear on stage: it was a white half mask of a bunny, with some flowers attatched to it planned to start falling through the performance.

    At the day of the concert, Miyu made her way to the backstage doing some last minute practice and stretches. Once the first act was over, it was her turn- or well, the Masked Dancer. Her hair was up in two messy side buns leaving the longest layer of her hair down to have it flow with her. As for her costume it wasn't anything flashy, the temperatures were high at this time and the body was the main focus in dance, so her outfit was simple and tight. Stepping into the stage she was unknown to everyone, the lights had their focus on her as she stood in the middle of the stage and took a deep breath. As the music started, so did her performance. With a soft start, the song developed and with its levels of harmony were translated with the movements of her body, with flow delicate moves she danced her heart out- the perfect mixture of ballet with contemporary dance, her performance started in a very calming and graceful note.

The performances of Faberge were nothing new, widely known for being held in the park no matter how inconvenient it may or may not be for anyone. They were held often and proudly, there was certainly no missing them. Even if you were not close enough to see it, there was no missing it. Even the hard of hearing were blessed with their loud notes and tunes. The Faberge group was well known for being...loud. At least as far as Amano, Yosuke was concerned.

He'd never been one for factions, let alone Faberge Having already vandalized multiple posters around the school after causing such an eye sore, he found Faberge leaving a sour taste in his mouth when the word was brought up. What was so special about the group anyway? A bunch of glorified teen bops looking to be idols. Gag him. It was so stupid. What was the point in being an idol? All that stress and hatred that came along with the attention made it fairly redundant in his eyes. When his mind was drawn to the topic of Faberge he could hear a small gremlin in the back of his head chirping 'Faberge, Faberge, Faberge!' in a infatuated tone.

Yet again as if they owned the park, Faberge had set itself up under the premise of a 'charity' event. The bright yellow dressed the park as they had nearly claimed the area for their own amusement. He couldn't even go hunting for eggs like that. Too much attention. He'd learned the less attention when hunting eggs the better. People put up such a pointless fuss to the egg business...

Frustrated with himself and already exhausted from the day that had passed for the most part, he found himself lagging behind. His trip home taking the oddest detour through the park as he idly passed people by who found themselves staring at the performances or the other venues the event had to offer. He couldn't be bothered in paying attention, far too drained to bother even gracing it with an insult. Though...he found himself pausing, eyeing the stage as it grew quiet for a moment before lighting back up with a soft note.

A girl stood on stage, poised on her tip toes she held herself with such a grace...he found it odd to look away and so he didn't. He kept his eyes on her as she began to move around the stage as if she was gliding from side to side. Her movements were smooth and precise, very fitting of...maybe a swan or some sort of bird. Simply drifting through the air with barely an effort as its feathers lifted it away. It caught his eye and the performance refused to let him go as he stood there.

    Everyone was in awe, the crowd that was screaming with the concerts just moments ago was now in complete silence all looking in the same direction. All eyes were on the young dancer on stage who was making her first appearance, dancing seemingly effortless. Her movements accompanied the music, delicately and in harmony. It hit a moment in the song that she ‘flew’ and then dropped as the melody did. But she was little time on the ground as the song picked up once again with the strings of violin, her body rose from the ground with rhythm.


    The spectators were amazed at this ‘masked dancer’, and at the end, the mask with flowers attached did its work and with the final movement, the final rotation of the body the petals fell with her and made a circle of beautiful petals around her as the lights go out. The public starts cheering for this mystery dancer and Miyu was feeling accomplished. She made her way out of stage and when the lights came back on she was nowhere to be seen, creating a wave of whispers through the public. Miyu ended backstage resting and feeling extremely happy about her performance, hoping that she hit her goal of sharing the same feeling that she was feeling as she danced.

He remained silent, a single breath escaping him as he kept his eyes on her. She moved so smoothly but at the same time at such a slow pace. She didn't have to zip around the stage or hurry, she moved at her own pace as she leapt across the stage with ease. She moved so freely and so easily. It was almost..enviable. He somewhere inside him...wished he could move so freely as he wished, like she seemed to.

Before he knew it, the performance had drawn to a close. She had left the stage and she was out of sight. The one girl he could actually stand and she had vanished so quickly. He let out a deep breath, running his hand through his bangs with a ruffle of his hair before turning for a moment. This...really wasn't what he had come to do. He'd gotten needlessly distracted...

With a shake of his head he resumed his trek home, attempting to put the mysterious dancer in the back of his mind. But she remained on his mind, soaring through the air in his memories as he couldn't help but feel fixated on how...freely she moved. He spotted the donation box on his way out, eyeing it curiously for a moment before making a pit stop. He dropped whatever money he'd happened upon in his wallet, a generous sum at the very least, leaving his name before finally returned home. He'd certainly hear from his father about his lagging behind....
