Description: Some students have been hiding out around campus in the evening with some horror masks, jumpscaring anyone who walks by. While some are amused by it, others haven’t been taking it very well.

The school was pretty awesome. He was enjoying his time there so far and had been meeting people left and right. At first he’d been nervous about going since he was a transfer and leaving his old friends was quite challenging. Nonetheless, he stayed late on the campus after scoping out… well, a lot of things. Namely, the dormitories to see if he would do it or not sometime down the line. But, he’d have to take his mother to see it and mull it over.

He walked through the campus that evening, looking at his phone. Texts from his friends and his mother kept popping up. Since the campus was a bit empty, he began texting them back with ease, not worried about bumping into anyone.

The school was pretty awesome. He was enjoying his time there so far and had been meeting people left and right. At first he’d been nervous about going since he was a transfer and leaving his old friends was quite challenging. Nonetheless, he stayed late on the campus after scoping out… well, a lot of things. Namely, the dormitories to see if he would do it or not sometime down the line. But, he’d have to take his mother to see it and mull it over.

He walked through the campus that evening, looking at his phone. Texts from his friends and his mother kept popping up. Since the campus was a bit empty, he began texting them back with ease, not worried about bumping into anyone.

Oh man this was no good...it'd already gotten this late and she still hadn't found it. To be fair she didn't even know what IT was exactly but she felt a frightening unease not having it by her side. "T-tamago-chaaan...." She called out in a hushed voice, as if it would answer her. Uwaahh she'd make a terrible hen in another life. 

She'd almost given up before her eyes finally set sight on her lil companion, nestled in the dirt. Gah, she hoped it wasn't cracked or squished or any other number of disastrous things...She'd need to get a new bag to fit her egg, maybe get it a blanket to keep it snug...Oh or maybe its own little carrying case so she wouldn't loose it again!! She was rambling off to herself so heavily she almost didn't notice the stomping death machines called feet closing in on her Tamago-chan.

"AAH!! TAMAGO!" 

With that holler she pounced at the egg, tumbling into who ever owned those feet.

What the heck was that strange noise? He heard it but paid no mind, texting his friends about his adventures in his new school. Dang, he missed them so, so much. He heard that voice again, a high-pitched voice and no doubt a girl. What was she saying? Egg? What was the deal with this school and eggs, of all things? He had one too for some reason but left it at home to be cooked. He moved along with his life when suddenly--

A scream? He screamed as well. "Aahhhhhhhh! What the heck?!?!!" Falling back to his butt when another stupid egg was right there at his feet, and some girl. Elijah's expression looked both offended and confused by A) eggs and B) why didn't she just cook it? "Agh..." Elijah grit his teeth and narrowed his blue eyes at the girl. She seemed like a totally innocent bystander but...

"You're protecting. The egg? What's the deal with eggs on this campus, geez..."

AH! Mission success !! She'd managed to protect lil Tamago-chan....Althought she was beginning to realize she may look a tad odd hunched over on the floor....

She quickly looked up at the person she'd managed to topple over before things kind of sunk in. "Ahaha....guess the school has hen problem." She laughed sheepishly, scooping up her own egg as she slipped it into her bag.

"I am so sorry-- I-I didn't mean to spook you. Or....knock you off your ass haha." She grinned a bit, snickering. It was terrible of her but it was also mildly amusing to be honest... She reached out her hand, extending it to him.

"I'm Kinjo Junko!! But you can call me Jojo if that's easier. Nice to meet you, albeit in a strange method haha."

She looked around, it was pretty dark out and...kind of quiet. No one else really seemed to be around. Even she felt bad for being out on campus so late so...what was he doing out here? She tilted her head to the side a bit before inquiring.

"What are you doing out here so late??"

Elijah quickly messed up his hair in frustration, growling a little bit. Scared him half to death but he'd quickly try to forgive, or at least forget. She looked like some kind of ditz anyhow. He eyed her very carefully and that egg in her palms, finding it strange that he's been seeing so many of these around lately. Was someone just distributing them? He'd just happened to find his. Either way...

"Oh. Jojo is kinda cute," Elijah tilted his head and in a moment, his temper disappeared. He shook her hand and grinned towards her, "I'm Elijah. Uhhh, yeah- It's dark and a little scary. I was looking around the dorms and trying to decide if I should dorm.." He shook his head quickly and snapped out of his daze, "Look. It's not good for you to be out here on your own either. Wanna walk together? I'm headed towards the bus. Not sure where you're going, but..." Hopping to his feet, he dusted off his backside and rearranged his sweater around his waist. "I'll be happy to walk you there." Elijah felt the need to look after her since it was dark. By himself? Well, he could definitely take care of himself...

"Aahh nice to meet you Elijah!" He had an interesting name! She hadn't run into a western styled name yet at the school, or really she hadn't spoken to anyone yet with a western name that was probably more correct.

"Oh! It does make going to the school a lot easier, travel wise anyway! Plus having a roommate's kinda fun!" She smiled at him, pulling herself up properly. She dusted off her skirt before crossing her arms."Hmm....sure! I can walk you to the bus! But then I gotta head back to my dorm! My roommate'll kill me if I get back too late haha." That wasn't exactly what he had said but she took it the way she decided apparently.

"I've been hearing a lot of rumors about the school at night. Monsters poppin' out and spooking people. I managed to get spooked but it turned out to just be a friend haha. Maybe that's just what it is. People scaring other people. Kinda stupid though." She shrugged, it wasn't exactly honorable. Spooking others behind a mask.

Right, he'd have to get a roommate. In truth, that made him a little nervous since he tended to be neat and organized. He tilted his head for a moment, not quite understanding what she was saying. She said she'd... walk him to the bus, but he'd just offered to walk her back to her dorm. Did she not understand...? The situation flipped around so suddenly but Elijah was more confused than angry over it. He shrugged and let it slide, putting his phone and hands in his pockets, adjusting his bag around his shoulder.

"Monsters?" He laughed, turning his head and starting to walk in the direction of the bus stop, "That's terrible. I mean, one day someone's gotta tell on them or something. If one ever turns up on me, I bet i'd try to fight them down." He wrinkled his nose in reaction and looked to her, "Yeah it is pretty stupid. Someone might get hurt." The bus stop wasn't far, but it was nice to have a brisk walk and conversation with someone despite their first meeting being a bit rocky.

Junko's selective hearing was a blessing and a curse sometimes. Thankfully some if not most people seemed to just go along with it. She was lucky at this point no one had lost their cool with her, it was bound to happen very soon.

"Yeah that's what I thought too!! The thought of monsters is so stupid..." But she was still mildly spooked by the idea. Junko was easily spooked, much to her disappointment. You could walk up behind her and get a good yelp..."I hope they get in trouble big time!! I hate when people do bad things and get away with it. It's so frustrating." She huffed.

"Why I'd love to give them a piece of my mind!!" She was getting worked up just thinking about it. "One wrong move and they'd regret their silly joke! L-like what if they accidentally spook someone close to a set of stairs? That'd be the end of that real fast."

The thought of monsters was awesome. If he could fight things he couldn't see, he would! The thrill of being scared pissed him off but at the same time, excited him to fight. He did have to agree about people doing bad things. No one should be scaring people for the hell of it. It's just not funny when it's a random person you don't know. He also huffed, expressing himself. "I totally agree. I'd love to give those people a piece of my mind too." He crossed his arms as they approached the bus stop. Wrinkling his nose, "Then that person would get hurt! They'd probably fall down. I also wouldn't like the idea of someone being bullied like that." He sighed - people would be people. It seemed there would be some out there who would do it.

"Anyway, Jojo-chan, thanks for walking me." He flashed her the peace sign, "I think I'll be OK from here! You get to your dorm safe, okay?" Even though.........he was the one who was supposed to walk her.
