Description: While you’re off having fun at Tanabata, what kind of trouble are your Guardian Characters getting into?

Well now, after several hours of shenanigans, Shura is separated from Leo. Oh, how he dreads the moment they no longer traveled through the festival grounds together. "LEOOOOOO! Leo! If you are out there, please answer!" He sighed. Then again, this is LEO he is talking about. The guardian character did make it clear that he didn't want to spend time around Shura for much longer, but he didn't think he was serious. Apparently, though, the other guardian character WAS being dead serious. And now, he's gone from Shura's sights. Ideally, Shura did not want to be in this position. He wanted to stick close to Leo and Shun both. But they are now nowhere to be found.

Now what? Might as well just try to do things on his own, then. At least until Shun comes looking for him. Or Leo. But he wouldn't bet on the latter. This festival is a real beauty, though. Shura enjoys the atmosphere and the traditional wear that people seem to be walking around in. Too bad Shun doesn't have one of his own. If only Shura could get him one. That's just the dream though. Shun did save up a lot of money, but he preferred to toss them all at stall games. He really can't afford both. But he's still smiling about all this regardless. Shura and Leo both wished better for the boy, but he couldn't help but admire his inner strength and optimism.

As he gazed at the stars from the roof of one stall, he found it to be calming. Sure, he hasn't really been in this world for too long, but it sure is beautiful. Life, when not so filled with misery and suffering, is beautiful. And tonight, he definitely feels that peace and tranquility. He spotted other guardian characters, he waved and smiled at each of them as they passed by, but often found that his presence isn't really something they'd notice. Fair enough. You have to focus on the task at hand, right? Can't stop to greet just about anyone on the street.

Oh my gosh everything here was so cool!

Calli couldn't help herself. There was so much to explore! There were lights! And colourful paper! And people in traditional garb! And in many colours! And propped up brightly decorated stalls! And so many enticing aromas food! And a huge variety of games! And the chatter of people! The laughs! The excitement! The...oh my god this festival was the most brilliant thing ever! She wanted to go to them all, taste them all, play them all, squeal at them all - ahhhhhh this was absolute heaven!

Oh look! Wasn't that cutest fish in the tank there? And the people were...trying to catch them yes! Ahh it looked way exciting! She squealed, before she flew over, floating just barely above the surface of the water. Look at those fish! Swimming around! And - oh dear! A wall of water soon splashed all over her, and she tumbled backwards, coughing and sputtering. Someone must have attempted to catch one of the fish with their tools, and, not being able to see the Guardian Character, had plunged it right in, creating enough force to spatter her all over with water. Oh man, now she was wet! Well, not terribly but still.

She turned around, her mouth open in an beginning of a whine--

Wait.

Where was Yasuko?

She blinked, staring out at the sea of people, before panic began to raise in her. Shoot! She got separated from the first-year! That was no good! "Ummm--! Ummm--!" She turned this way and that, being rather frantic about it. Where was Yasuko? Gahhh there were too many people here! Plus she was wearing a yukata - and it turned out a lot of people were wearing lots of colourful yukatas today! She couldn't stay away from Yasuko for long; she had got to find her!

She tried to zip through the crowd; but she wasn't very agile and had ended up bumping into people instead. Or rather near bumps - she tried really hard not to hit anybody. "Excuse me, please!" she cried, doing her absolute best. But no one could hear her - and she tried, once again, to dodge all of these people. Man, there really were a lot of festival-goers huh? "Ah ah, excuse me--!" Suddenly something whacked her on the back; and it launched her into the air at high speed. Oh man, where was she going?!

"Wahhhhhh!" she cried, before she landed on top of a stall with an 'Ooof!'

As he continued his meditation slash stargazing from atop the stall, another guardian character seems to have landed on top of the stall as well. "Oh? You look like you've seen better days? You didn't fly very gracefully." Ah Shura. He had the same amount if not more of the brand of sass that Leo always displayed. "Just like dying grass. Weed whackers are your enemy." He doesn't even care if what he said was deep or thought provoking enough. Just a weird sense of humor is fine. "Tell me, what brings you to the top of this humble stall?" He is still in a meditative position, eyes closed and not really bothering to look at his immediate surroundings. But he had relied on his other senses, and noticed the presence of Calli.

"Do you not have a human to go back to? Or let me guess...You are lost." Well to be fair, he's pretty lost, too. But instead of panicking and looking for them, he chose another approach. That is to sit here and do, well...Nothing. He's sure that if Leo or Shun really need him, the stars would guide them to him. Besides, he's not too much of a fan of running around and looking for people, especially in this rainbow puke of color. Yukatas may be nice, but they somehow all look alike. Then again, Shun really is one of the only few people who chose to not wear a yukata. But still, he kind of wants to sit back and relax. Leo can do what he wants. So he's doing the same.

"If you are not in a rush, why not take in the sights some more?" Shura finally stopped meditating. When he opened his eyes, the view definitely looks better. "We all could use a break at times, don't you think?"

Calli laid where she was, a little dizzy from the launch. But upon hearing a voice, she blinked and immediately sat up. Who was that? Who said that? It wasn't a voice that she was familiar with. She turned her head - and her eyes fell upon a Guardian Character. A Guardian Character sitting in a rather tranquil manner, with his eyes closed. A fairy who was all yellow, had a what seemed to be a large golden halo behind him, and a...bee-like theme? Regardless, she soon jumped onto her feet, her eyes wide and sparkling. A Guardian Character that she had never met before! Oh she wanted to talk to him and ask him questions and and and---!

Oh wait! He was talking! She clamped her mouth shut, waiting for him to finish speaking. At his question, she made a motion as if she was going to think, a hand on her chin as she did so. But the new Guardian Character piped up - and she blinked. That was exactly it! Wow, was he psychic? She had never met anyone who could that before! Her eyes were shining bright and she nodded vigorously. Yes, she was lost! She couldn't find her human and she didn't know where she was! But those thoughts made her deflate rather visibly. She was going to get yelled at later, she was sure.

At his suggestion, she simply looked at him with a slightly dejected expression, before she plopped down onto the top of the stall. He had a point. Maybe. Really she just didn't know what to do. But maybe taking in the sights would help. She looked back down upon the sea of people below, staring at the multitude of colours. Wow. Was a festival this bright? She hadn't been to one before, so it was all new for her.

She looked back onto the other Guardian Character. He seemed to radiate a sense of calmness; something she had never seen before. But where was his own human? Was he lost too? "...Have you been here long?" Not quite what she wanted to ask, but maybe it would lead into those answers.

"Fear not the abyss. For the lights shall guide you back." He said, in a praying stance. "...Is what I would say on that matter. I have not been here very long. But I will accept my fate. That I am completely and utterly lost." He said it in such a calm manner that it totally looked like he was alright with it. "You make due with the situation, dear child. I'm sure you shall find your human again. Besides, they would be lost without you." He doesn't believe that they could just up and leave and be separated forever. "Fortunately, my human has another guardian character. One who I believe, even with his strict and uptight nature, can handle him just fine. I wouldn't say I'm not needed. But I could at least entrust him to my 'brother' if you will."

Still, to be 'brothers' of any sort with Leo makes them more like a comedy duo than anything. Shura had no problems trying to get close to Leo, but Leo didn't budge at all. Indeed, their trust levels are quite different. "If you are not in a rush, maybe you would like to how you say...' stick around'? Really, if it wasn't for Leo's strict rules of 'no contact with the outside world', he would have gone out to make some friends with other guardian characters. Of course, he knew his 'brother' well. He was the jealous kind. And he didn't want Shura suddenly stealing the spotlight by knowing more people than he does. Ah, sibling rivalry at it's finest.

"Have you tried meditation? It does you good. Both for the mind and the body." He closed his eyes and went back into meditating. But what kind of meditation would it be when he's still talking? Well, he can't help himself. "If you concentrate, you might be able to find her. From this vantage point. High above their heads." Worth a shot, right?

Calli blinked at his words, taking a full second to digest what he just said, before she started to burst into a flurry of giggles. In a good-natured sort of way. "You're funny!" she said. She didn't expect someone to calmly say that they were lost, just like that! Wouldn't most people start to panic by now? Then again, he exude a peaceful aura that it seemed like he could potentially be a Guardian Character who easily found a sense of tranquility in all situations. It was calming just sitting next to him. "So you're lost too, huh," she said, though it was more of a statement rather than a question. But she blinked once again; did she hear that right? "Brother?" she asked, her head tilted to the side in a perplexed manner. Oh! "Wait, so your human has two Guardian Characters? That's so cool!!! I'm the only Guardian Character of Yasuko's, so I never had like, a sibling or anything!" This was so exciting! She only knew Minji had two Guardian Characters; she didn't know there were others like that too! "What's your 'brother' like?"

She suddenly trust her hand into the air, almost like in an excited manner, grinning brightly at the other as she did so. "Why not! That sounds fun!" He seemed like a really interesting Guardian Character too! She could totally 'stick around'! Though now that she thought about it, what about Yasuko...?

But the other's suggestion made her turn back towards the brightly-coloured fairy, her eyes shining. Meditation! She had always wanted to try that! "I'll love to try!" she said, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Didn't they say something about it makes you feel calm and contented and at peace with yourself and your surroundings? Well honestly, she was doing it more for a new experience than anything else. But she paused. "How do you meditate anyway?"

"Funny? Well, I suppose so. I am quite the comedian." Half praising himself and half laughing at himself, he answered the other guardian character. "In a sea of people, it is easy to lose sight of the one you are supposed to keep an eye on." Not to mention because of how short Shun is. He is easily lost in any crowd. Just doesn't stand out too well, that guy. "Why yes. He does have two guardian characters. That means I have a brother. An 'older brother'. He is quite the grump, always super serious and logical that it hurts. And always buzzing around. Never a dull moment." Shura laughed. It was true though, he enjoyed picking on Leo, so it never does get boring for him. "However, I do trust his judgement. At times." As long as it didn't require hurting Shun in the process.

"Meditation is easy, dear child. You get into a comfortable position, close your eyes, and empty your mind of the troubles that plague you." Of course, all the 'monks' make it sound easy, but can you really stay silent for so long? "Since you are a beginner, I suppose we can skip the 'be completely silent and one with your inner peace' part." He chuckled a little bit, opening his eyes and looking at the sky above them. "It has been a while since I met another guardian character as cheerful as you are. It is refreshing." But then again, when exactly did he meet other guardians who are this cheerful? He can't really think of a time. But it's good to bluff about having met more people than he actually did.

"Ah wishes. You can see the wishing tree from here. Have you ever wondered if they all came true or not?" What is the percentage of wishes coming true in  comparison to the wishes that did not? Wow, Leo's way of thinking is kind of rubbing off on him. Maybe they got closer as time went on and never realized it.

Calli stared over at the yellow fairy, listening to every word he said. She couldn't help the laugh out of her mouth. He was such an interesting character! And the way he described his 'brother' simply made her giggle a little. "It all sounds so fun! Now that makes me wish I had a 'sister' of sorts..." She had to wonder what kind of Guardian Character his 'brother' really was, or who his human was. Oh wait! She hadn't introduced herself yet! "I forgot to introduce myself!" she began with dismay, before she shook her head to continue onwards. I'm Calli!" she said, beaming at the other Guardian Character. "What's your name?

"Comfortable position..." the Guardian Character repeated, before she stared down at the stall roof. What kind of position should she take? She glanced over at the other sprite, a slightly . "Um...what kind of position I should take? Do I have to -" she paused, blinking. What were those called? The one where you fold your legs down or something? She remembered it was named after a flower... "-Do I have to sit down in the same way you do?" Yeah, there, that sound do it, right?

The brunette fairy couldn't help give out an embarrassed sound at the other's compliment, scratching her cheek sheepishly. "Really?" she said, "I've never met a Guardian Character as calm as you before!" she said, beaming. Wait, she kind of did, didn't she? Hmmm... A hand was on her chin, as she thought through all of the fairies that she had met so far. "Well I mean, I have met Guardian Characters who were calm, but never anyone who gave off this..." She pulled a weird face, as she tried to find the right wording for it. "...like this tranquil and peaceful aura! Yeah! And you look so...like, regal! Or omnipotent! Or something like that-" Those didn't quite fit either ummmm.....

"Wishes?" the fairy repeated, before flicking her eyes over the tree up there. There seemed to be a substantial amount of papers being hung on it, and she could see the people writing their wishes onto the piece of paper in their hands. She couldn't help but smile at the scene. Wishes huh. Wishing for whatever your heart could ever want and hang them onto the tree, to ask for it to be granted. A human kind of thing. But it brought a sense of warmth somehow. "Hmm?" Calli looked back at the other fairy. "Hmmm...." her brows were furrowed in thought, as she tried to think up of an answer to it. Come to think of it, how many would be granted? What constituted as a 'granted wish'? What allowed them to be granted? "I...I don't know," she finally voiced but she soon made a determined face. "But I want to believe it'll all get granted one day! Just gotta believe!"

"I don't think being Leo's brother is exactly what you call fun." He trailed off, chuckling a bit. "But yeah, why not? Ask your human for a sister and she'll probably give you one." And not in the way that parents need to bang first before having a baby and presenting you with a younger sibling. "But it's all in the mental preparation. Because sometimes there'll be favorites. Or did I watch too many dramas?" Hmmm...He probably binge watched some dramas while Shun and Leo were out, it got him thinking about many things, even though it's usually an inaccurate depiction of everything that goes on in life. "Oh, so you're the Calli." Leo did like to talk about other guardian characters behind their backs. But now he knows who's who. At least for one of them. "The name's Shura. By the way."

"Yes, any comfortable position would do. I wouldn't really recommend getting into the seated position I'm in if you're not used to possibly restricting blood flow due to incorrect posture." So he sat back and relaxed. Showing her an example of what he meant. He doesn't really expect her to follow suit with his training and meditation regime. She'll probably regret it. Calli doesn't seem like the type to enjoy being in total quiet bliss. "If you want to roll around, that's fine too. Anything goes. For now." And then he went back to his sitting pose before.

"HAHAHAHA! I thank you for the compliments. Though, I am very much like my human. Even though I look...Peaceful and omnipotent due to the way I'm dressed, I don't enjoy formalities too much." Though for Shun, it's really because he's always bubbly and talkative that being formal just doesn't suit him at all. "Peace and tranquility. It can be interpreted in so many ways. Accepting your flaws and the chaos that plagues your life, I am that wish. Therefore, I need to look the part, I guess." He could play a guessing game as to what Calli's representing, but he'll probably be wrong. You can never judge a book by it's cover. "Do you know what you represent?" Wouldn't hurt to ask anyway.

"Ah, unlike you, I'm more on the negative side. But I'm also acceptance. Wishes can be made, most of them won't come true without action. To accept fate, even if it's not good, is needed at times. Because truthfully, there are some things you just cannot have." It's sad, but most of the wishes that are 'generic' like 'i hope to get rich' or 'i hope to find love' are usually the ones with the lowest probability of actually happening unless something is done to achieve it. "In order to make it come true, you must accept the fact that there is a bigger chance that it won't. And then you work to make sure that it does come true. Certainly beats the purpose of a miracle, if you ask me." Why is he explaining this to her? She seems like a very positive and friendly fairy. He wouldn't want to wake her up to reality too much.

"Leo?" Calli repeated, a tilt of her head in query. Leo...Leo...that name sounded familiar-- Oh! "Leo!" she said again, a flash of recognition in her voice. "So that means you're Shun's Guardian Character!" She really liked Shun; she totally still wanted to do the whole Guardian Character fashion show still! And learn cooking! Assuming the other wanted to, that is. But at Shura's words, the fairy tilted her head once more, confusion evident on her face. Huh? What did the other fairy mean? Mental preparation? Favourites? Uhhhhh. Should she say something about it? Or not? Hahaha.

"Oh." She blinked and furrowed her eyebrows a little at the Guardian Character's words. "I didn't know that," she said, but she soon perked up again, grinning at the other. "I guess that makes sense huh? It looks really difficult to pull off." She laughed gleefully at the other's suggestion to roll around before shooting a hand up into the air in excitement. "Okay!" she agreed without hesitation and soon she flopped down onto the stall's roof, literally rolling around like a silly kid. "Wheee! I've never done this before!" She couldn't help rolling all the way to one side of the stall, before rolling all the way back again! ...Okay she should stop, she was getting dizzy, but it was fun!

She propped herself on her elbows as the other talked, swinging her legs in the air back and forth as she listened. "Huh," Calli said, as she took what he said in. "You have really interesting ways of looking at things!" she said, beaming. Never had she met a Guardian Character who thought so deeply in this way before! "Hmmm....I can see what you mean! ...I think," she voiced, her brows knitting together a little. "That's a way cool wish though! Accepting everything that you are...and you're no longer fighting with yourself...and it makes it easier to be calm about things?" Was she making sense here? Actually she didn't really know.

But at Shura's question, she blinked. "Me?" the brunette fairy repeated before she sat up a little. "Hmmmm...." How should she explain this? "Well, the easiest way to describe is that I'm creativity!" She beamed at the other. But then she furrowed her brows a little. "Or maybe I'm more inspiration? Hmmm...but I don't think I inspire people though..." She tilted her head again in thought before she perked up once again. "Oh oh, I know! You know how you get inspired by stuff? And that makes you wanna create? I'm kind of that! Inspired by everything there is all around the world...and using that to spark creativity! Yeah! Something like that!" She seemed satisfied by her answer, looking back at Shura with a wild grin.

There was a silence in the air as the brunette fairy stared over at Shura, blinking slowly. That was something she hadn't heard of before. "Hmm..." the Guardian Character voiced, as she furrowed her eyebrows in thought once again, her arms crossing over her chest. "I never thought of it that way before," she soon said, scratching her chin a little. She laid back onto the stall's roof once again, staring at the stars overhead. His words made sense. Can you get to where you want to be, if you don't work hard for it? Was it selfish to ask for a wish, when you don't put effort into it yourself? Didn't that also mean, that despite everything you work for, that your wishes won't come true anyway? And...after all, wishes are just that - wishes made by the heart, and, like all things, not all can be granted.

"Well then!" She sat back up again promptly before looking back at Shura with a determined face. "Then I'll just believe that everyone will work hard towards their goal! Maybe you can't really get to where exactly you want to be but! It's about working hard to get there! The journey! And who knows, maybe you'll end up somewhere better!" Was that naive? Was that being too positive? Ah, but Calli wanted to believe.

"Bingo. You got it right on the money." She is right about the part where Shun is the one he is in charge of and that Leo is his brother. At least she doesn't have a problem with catching on to what he says. He'll have to tell Leo that he's giving way too little credit to the more cheerful guardian characters. But he'll probably lump him with the rest of them. Being stupid and nosy at the same time. Leo is Leo, after all. Not like he can do anything about his attitude problem. "Oh, so you know Leo, too? I'm actually jealous he gets to know more people and guardians." He really is quite the popular guy, he thought. "Oh, and if you're not ready to have a sister, don't ask for one. Chances are you'll probably get someone either tough to get along with or someone who is better than you. Or at least you think they are. So mental prep is important." Especially when dealing with feelings of jealousy.

Now, he didn't really mean to want to watch her roll from one side of the tent to other and make her way back. But he did say whatever floats her boat. He just chuckled as she enjoyed herself rolling around. Ah, to be so carefree. He can't exactly pull a move like that, not while his 'halo' is giving him a hard time. "Did you enjoy your trip?" He asked as she returned from her roller coaster ride. If you can call it that. Still as calm as ever, he got out of the meditation pose to sit around more casually.

"Interesting is quite broad isn't it? I would rather call it an observer's perspective. But at the same time, you are always experiencing things. So then, what is the observer?" Before he trails off into the nonsense, he stopped himself. Now, he didn't want to go too far with the talk about existing and other fun stuff like that. "You can praise the one who made the wish. Ultimately, he was the one who decided that he needed to be less reactive. A clear step towards the right path." Anything he taught was right. That's always been the case, right?

"So are you inspiration, or are you the inspired? You could be both. A shining beacon to push others to do their best, while also pushing yourself to do your own best." There he goes with the 'deep' talk again. But he admitted to being confused with her logic a bit, there. Calli was saying things that prompted him to think. Hmmm...Looks like she really is an inspiration. "Well, you inspired me to creatively think about more possibilities, so I think you are still doing your job right as of now."  It's curious how someone like her could provoke him to become more involved in answering impossible questions. But were they really impossible?

"You must accept that life isn't fair. It has never been fair." Clearly, he had less of a positive outlook than she does, even thought she made sure to bring up things about wishing that everyone would do their best so that their wish would come true. Nothing in the world is free. And even when something looked ripe for the taking, it isn't really as it seems. "But if you have your perseverance in addition to effort. It will not stay an impossible dream. That much I can believe in." Now, he never believed that anything was futile. Just as long as there is passion and hard work thrown into it, it would increase the wishes'  chances of coming true. But alas, many people are not into that and instead always opted for some sort of shortcut.

"Yup!" Calli said with a grin. "He was really interesting too! He has wings and armour and everything! Oh, and he was really green!" She laughed as she said those. It was hard to miss someone like Leo. Then again, it would be hard to miss most of the Guardian Characters, now that she thought about it. "And he looks like an in--" But she stopped herself there, clamping her mouth shut. Leo didn't like it when she said that, did she? Was she insulting him in front of his 'brother'? Uhhhh maybe best not to go there. "A-anyway! If you wanna meet other Guardian Characters, I can totally introduce you some!!" She grinned, hoping that switching topics would be the best for now. "There's Paii, and Vaii, and Lapis, and Yami, and En-chan, and Clip, and Taiki, and Nagamasa, and--" She began to list each Guardian Character off, using her fingers to count them all. But at Shura's words about sisters, the brunette fairy gradually tilted her head to the side, a puzzled look upon her features. Uhhhh okay? It was clear she didn't quite get it.

The Guardian Character simply perked up at him when he asked, cheerily saying a "Yup!" as answer to his question. Even if she was kind of dizzy a little...but no matter!

She blinked at his words, a tilt of the head to side, as she listened. Huh, she never thought of it that way before! But 'interesting' was something that didn't really quite have a set definition wasn't it? Now that she thought about it, it was often used to describe many situations. Even when one ended up in a situation that they didn't exactly like... But Shura soon leapt elsewhere, and that made the Guardian Character stop in her tracks, staring at him as he continued to talk. Observer? What is an observer? She couldn't help but furrow her eyebrows at those words, her mind ticking. What is the definition of an observer then? One that observes from afar? Ah, but you could be close and observe too..and what did he mean by "always experiencing things?" Uhhhhhhhhh this was making her head spin a little. But she was brought back to earth by the idea of 'less reactive'. She blinked back at him again, before a confused look settled upon her face. Is it bad to be reactive? "Huh," was her first word, before scratching her cheek a little. Was it a flaw to be reactive to things? Is it really that bad to be happy and show it? Or be angry and show it? She had to ask. "Is it bad to be reactive?"

She paused at his comments about what she was, blinking. And she blinked again. Finally she gave a surprised "Huh!" before crossing her arms across her chest, knitting her brows together in thought. "I didn't think of it that way before!" Man Shura was so cool! In a different way from the way Paii was cool that is - but still cool nonetheless! "Oh oh, maybe it's like a cycle or something? I get inspired by something, and that prompts me to create, or to talk, or to write, and that inspires somebody too! And then the cycle goes on and on till it comes back to you again!" She was grinning widely; this was such a fun topic to talk about! But she blinked again at Shura's compliment, before rubbing the back of her head sheepishly. She didn't really do much to deserve that, right? "Ah, I don't know if I really do it well, but I'm glad I inspire you even just a little." She gave a bit of an embarrassed laugh before she looked at the other with shining eyes. "I think you're a much better inspiration though! You inspire me to think in ways I never thought of before! And that's really awesome! It's like a different perspective or something! Makes life just a little richer!"

But at his words about the world, Calli averted her gaze back onto the top of the stall, swinging her legs a little in a bit of a dispirited manner. She had no answer for Shura's words; for she didn't really know it herself. Was the world fair or unfair? What constituted it being fair, and what made it unfair? What were the criteria that was used as evidence to say that the world was either unfair or fair? She wanted to say it was fair, in some positive manner, but she had no proof to support it. She gave a bit of a defeated sigh. But she soon perked up a little as he talked, before smiling a little. "Yeah!" she said. There was a pause, before she spoke up again. "You're really different from Leo. He seemed all..." she brought her hands up, miming the shape of a rectangle "...Boxy."

"Like an insect." He finished the sentence she couldn't. Now, Shura KNEW that Leo would deny looking like one, but they both are actually a lot alike to those insects. "Oh, don't worry about offending me. Or him for that matter. We're both modeled after bees, after all. He just won't admit that." Leo will be Leo. "I can buzz too. You know. For comical relief." As he said that, his wings started flapping and soft buzzing noise came out of them. "An additional info to my green armored brother, is that he hangs out where you usually find those...What do you call those...Ah. Yes. Scanners and printers. They are his people. If you ever catch him commanding them, well...That's how you know you got comedy gold." Even Shura couldn't stop laughing when Leo started to command the printers to 'print paper' like it would always do and would get very happy when it 'obeys'. "I think I do know some of the names you mentioned. Though not on a personal level, really." Not like her, who seems quite close to them.

"Destructive reactivity is bad. Reacting to things is only human nature." There is a distinct difference between the two, something that the other guardian character might not get at all. She doesn't seem to be too well versed in the deep and explorative way of thinking. "Shun is very prone to misunderstandings and overreaction. He cannot face the facts as they are and will always charge without thinking or run away completely. His is a kind of bad reaction. But with my guidance. I'm very sure he can change. He will be a better person. If optimism can be found anywhere in me, it's there." The amount of faith Shura has on Shun is quite high. He believes that the boy can learn, even if it takes him a while. "There is a reason why wishes are made. And his must come true. For the sake of his own life." He knew that he needed to mature. But how? That is the thing they strive to find.

"Life is but a cycle. I believe you are right." Points to Calli for making a good point about inspiration and inspiring others. When it all boiled down, the inspired may later inspire the one who inspired them.  It is completely possible. And in this realm, that seems to be the case. "And there is your proof right there. Inspiring each other is a really wonderful thing." He smiled. At least she is willing to listen and give his way of thinking a chance. Sometimes, you need to turn your way of thinking around just a little bit. If she's learned something from this, he can safely say that he did, too. "Oh, do you like poetry? I simply love poetry. But as of late, I find that I am lacking in actual material." She does seem like she could help, right? Maybe talking about more things they have in common would be good at a time like this.

"Ah, Leo is precise, clear cut and always on point. He handles things with stunning efficiency, I'll give him that much. I'm not like him. At least, not in the way I flow. Rigidity is not my thing. As you can probably tell." He is more of the 'do whatever your heart desires' kind of person. He is just a bit darker than Leo in terms of their way of thinking. But that's only because having the freedom means there is a lot more to bear. He believes this is true.

Calli couldn't help but stare with a blank expression when the yellow fairy began to make a buzzing noise from his wings. And she stared indeed - but she soon let out a good-natured laugh, clapping her hands together in glee as if giving an applause. "That's way cool though! Oh my gosh, I can't believe you can do that!" she said, her big blue eyes shining with excitement. Sure it may sound mundane to some people, but to Calli it was a unique feature of Shura (and Leo too apparently) and that made it all the better! "I can't do anything special like that," she said, frowning a little. "All I can do is just...whip a scroll and quill out." She gave a nervous laugh, a hand on her head sheepishly, before she let it down again so as to listen to Shura. "Really, he does that?" Calli said, an amused smile on her face. Why was that so cute somehow? "I'll love to see him do that one day!" But she stopped, as if realising what she was just saying. "--Oh! But not to laugh at him I mean, I just--"

"Destructive reactivity?" the brunette fairy repeated, tilting her head to the side. Was there a difference? What did he mean by 'destructive'? She simply nodded when the other spoke, though it was more of acknowledgement then anything else. She didn't know Shun too well to really say that he was as reactive as Shura had described him as. "For the sake of his own life?" she repeated, a tone of confusion in her voice - yet there was a tiny bit of alarm, for she didn't understand why would the other use such words. Lying back down onto the tent material, she watched the stars up above for a while, mulling over the yellow fairy's words. "So it's like an overreaction?" she said, though it seemed to be both a statement and a question, if that was possible. She furrowed her eyebrows again in thought. What counted as overreaction? And when was overreaction bad, or normal? "So like - it's bad if you're overly cheerful because you smother others?" she said, her eyes still on the skies above. "Or like, you get angry at everything and that makes you hard to approach?" It was clear she was trying to make sense of it all.

But Calli shot back up at his statement. Before her eyes grew big and wide; and she squealed to high heaven. "Life is just a cycle!" she said, clapping her hands together as she looked back at Shura with sparkling eyes. That was wayyyyyy cool! "It's like-! Like um-!" before she suddenly schooled her features to a one of calmness, folding her arms across her chest as she nodded sagely. "Life is just a cycle," she repeated again, in a deep enough voice that she could muster. But soon she looked back at Shura with her excited eyes again. "It's like - so wise! And stuff! That's so cool!" she said, reverting back to her usual cheerful self. She couldn't help but vibrate on the spot.

"Poetry?" the fairy repeated - before she clapped her hands together. "Oh! Poetry! I love poetry!" she said, shooting a hand up into the air in excitement. "I could totally show you poetry stuff in the library!" She grinned at him as she said so. She had completely forgotten that she too wrote poetry - though honestly, they weren't the greatest of poems; they were mostly cheery and happy and all about the people she had met.

"Hmm..." Calli made a low hum, looking back up at the dark sky as she swung her legs idly. Two wishes...producing two very different Guardian Characters. In some ways it was exciting - but it also made the brunette fairy ponder a little. "It's funny that you and Leo are so different," she began, still staring up at the sky. "It makes me wonder about human hearts. Like, how many wishes can one heart make? Or one person can make?" She tilted her head to the side, a furrow of eyebrows as she did so - before laughing. "Maybe an infinity?" she joked. Nah, that made no sense. Surely Shura would laugh at her wouldn't he?

"Nothing wrong with individuality, right? You can pull out a scroll and we can buzz. But ask Leo to start buzzing like a bee and he'll probably try to smite you with something." Clearly, he's the more laid back of the two guardians. If people ask him to start buzzing, that's what he'll do. Just to get some reactions. "Oh yes. He does that. Scanners and printers understand him. Unlike me, the so called 'technophobe', which I'm not, by the way." Others seem to generally think of him as a technophobe simply because he's so serene and calm and traditional looking. But he does enjoy a good TV show, and looking at blogs. If that's the definition of a technophobe, then people are probably taking their judging a bit too far. "Nah, go ahead. The worst thing he can do is get mad. But when is he NOT mad? He's always grumpy 80% of the time, y'know?"

"Yes. To put it simply, overreaction is bad. But maybe not to good news as much as it is to bad news. Oh, and let's not take personalities into this matter. CHeerful or grumpy, you can always find the good in someone, right?" And in his case, he really likes Shun's optimism and cheerfulness. To him, it feels refreshing and comforting being around such a positive and nice human. Of course, he wouldn't say the same about his tendency to overreact and make things worse for himself. "When I say it's for 'his life', it really means he hasn't been living the good life, and he hasn't learned at a normal rate when compared to others. I mean come on. He doesn't even know right from wrong until Leo taught him a thing or two about it." As optimistic as he might be, if Shun doesn't change at all, his own life will be in constant trouble for the rest of his life.

"Haha, you can find wisdom in facts. I'm glad you agree." Now, why can't Leo be like her? He would seriously have a better time with Calli as the other guardian than Leo. She isn't a grump, and she is so amazed by the things around her that it's just fun and amusing to watch. "You think you can switch with Leo for a day?" Of course, he's just joking about that, he's pretty sure no one can really bear having Leo as their overly bossy guardian character. "Kidding. He's not so bad. And we're brothers after all. Even if he doesn't admit to it."

"I would love to be shown some good poetry! Maybe I'll take you up on that offer one day!" Shura smiled. It's true that he's been lacking sources and inspiration, so it would probably be a very good idea to tag along for the sake of getting the inspiration he needs. "Leo represents the wish to be disciplined and orderly. I represent the wish to be less reactive and more calm. We are of course different. But have you ever wondered WHY we as guardians, have a body and a personality? When I think about it, Leo could also represent calmness. I don't have to exist, then, wouldn't I? Such a mystery." That wishes can manifest into beings like them. Not just one, but two. They both have different personalities. "Wishes are limitless and infinite. Like you said. But only a few of them are ever thought of so passionately. So much so that we materialize into this world."
