A Guardians meeting had ended up at the park; some... something or other with... something eggs and whatnot; Juon hadn't been paying much attention. He hadn't been sleeping well lately, and having to keep his mind active for so many hours through classes made Guardians meetings at the end of the day excruciating; it took almost all of his concentration just to stay conscious, not to mention attentive and responsive. He just had too much on his mind, and it was keeping him from doing anything that wasn't studying or homework or fluffy Guardians nonsense.
He always signed up for the fluffy stuff. It kept him away from all of the real things, it kept the other members happy, and it kept Mori Keiko off of his back. The less involvement he could have with all of those things, the better; even if it was quite the burden on his shoulders.
As he stood in the park, half-dead as the meeting was starting to come to a close, his gaze trailed off of the other Guardian leading the conversation and over to the other parts of the park surrounding them. It was evening; the kids had already gone home for the day, and there were a few joggers out, but otherwise it was relatively quiet. He settled over the lake, the pavilions, the playground, the swingset...
An idea came to him.
Having positioned himself at the back of the crowd, he looked to those in front of him until he spotted a familiar head poking out from between them. Slipping his phone out of his pocket, he texted that particular head--who was still Mt. Wara in his contacts--a simple, but probably too vague, message:
hey
do you want to do something dumb
