[AQ] Tresspassers be Warned [Kazuki/Kouya/Admin]

Kazuki was touched, truly touched that someone was agreeing with him. It almost made his coal shaped heart beat a little. Nevertheless, he kept himself together to try and focus on the mission. If the kid's egg was broken then he'd have no reason to fight him, all he really wanted was the egg. Maybe if he was lucky it would be one of the eggs of those warrior kids and he could kill two birds with one stone.

Literally. Then again, if he could catch it.... could he study it? They could leave the kid, grab the egg, this tall head of hair could do whatever he wanted to the delinquent and he could run off to carefully carve his name in that shiny black shell. Patting himself on the back for that idea, he noticed the kid walking towards them, turning away from his newfound associate to watch the guy. As the strange boy reached them and offered them both a chance, he shrugged.

"Grab him," he said quickly to Kouya as a small black puffball shot out of his hair. The tiny fox guardian flung itself at top speed at the black egg, sleeves reaching out to catch it. Like a predator in the wild he had waited until the boy had come near before going for his prey, tiny little claws peeking out of the sleeves.

He had no intention of breaking it immediately but he did want to sink himself into that black sprite and hold onto it with all his might. Akira liked to play with his food before eating it, after all.

As the guardian took care of the egg, Kazuki reached around to trap the boy. One long leg went forward to step in front of the much shorter male, closing the distance between himself and Kouya. He made no other move, trying his best to not take part in whatever physical activity was about to occur.

The confrontation between the three was probably inevitable. It was going to turn violent at some point. Not with guardians and transformations but with fists. Last time Kouya met this guy, he had a pipe with him. That was enough for him not to try to pull any punches on him. But now, this was a different story. He was unarmed, and Kouya had help. How hard would it be to handle a shrimp kid with no back up? If he was going to get answers, he wasn't going to be doing any favors to get them. Kouya had a policy. He didn't deal with jerks. He dealt with them.

Kouya's arm shout out to grip the collar of his gakuran, looking ready to punch him at any moment. 

"Answer my questions and you'll get off this campus alive."

He didn't resist.

The egg was taken into custody of the little fairy fox creature without much of a fight from the egg itself, and the student's collar was gripped quite firmly by the familiar face, the other's breath hot on his nose.

Sure, it looked like a bad situation--but was it, really? How much did he actually care? The smirk returned to his face, stretching as if he were about to burst into laughter, and only then did that give a real telling.

That being, he didn't appear to give a single fuck.

His expression was as carefree as if he were nothing but a leaf in the breeze, save for his dull eyes, but he ultimately let out a few guffaws in a hardy chuckle or two, letting his focus bore into Kouya's face, studying all of its intricacies and the way it moved when he spoke, and the lines that pushed certain ways when he emoted, the subtleties of the ways it all changed and moved over his skull.

"Can't really say it matters to me either way," he eventually replied, letting his eyes trail off to stare back toward where he was originally searching. "But maybe I'll humor you."

Akira let out a loud chirp as he managed to catch the egg, holding onto it as his long sleeves wrapped around the outer shell. He was too tiny to do any real damage but his dulled canines still gnawed on the black surface like a baby teething. He enjoyed the soft and chewy feeling of mochi but the x-egg was hard to the touch. Growing bored with lightly biting he pressed a large ear to the surface to listen for any movement. The eggs were no new experience for him but it was the first time he'd ever gotten so close to one.

As his guardian climbed round and round the egg Kazuki stood up straighter, pulling his leg back to remove himself from whatever violent fight was about to occur. He was technically done with this exchange now that he had the egg but he still felt obligated to stick around. He probably wouldn't have gotten the egg without the other's help after all and he felt almost in debted to help with the interrogation...

Almost being the key word. If he was to stay he'd be the good cop with no real intentions. Obviously the two had history and he was not getting involved in that.

He didn't care much for baggage.

"What happened to your egg?" He asked, shifting his weight from one foot to the other as he waited for their confrontation to begin. There was only one real question he had for the other and the rest would be up to his partner in crime. When things got dull he'd leave with the egg and move on to his next victim.

With every second they were standing there, Kouya hated him more. How hard was it to give them a straight answer? But at the same time, that hatred was irrational and unreasonable. Threatening someone in the middle of a school event wasn't the best decision, and any rational person would've at least tried reasoning with the guy. But right now, Kouya was angry.

His grip on the collar of the guy's shirt tightened, almost lifting the other just slightly. At this point, he forgot about the X-egg, his mind swarming with too many questions at once. But knowing his track record so far, it probably wasn't best to ask them all at once. Kouya doubted whether or not he'd actually answer anything they asked, but it was worth a try.

"What happened to your egg. Who are you, really?" he repeated his 'partner''s question, emphasizing them through gritted teeth.

[Juon]

"I heard him the first time," the stranger pressed at the familiar face's repetition of the question, chucking a thumb over his shoulder at the other, who in his view the guy holding onto him now had completely forgotten existed. "Why ya wanna know so bad?" His smug face never faltered, even for a moment, no matter how angry the expression of the one in front of him continued to grow.

"Who am I, though?" he then echoed, letting his head roll to one side, never breaking gaze with his holder, not even flinching as he was lifted a bit more; he was on his tip-toes now. "Who are you? Living in your little bubbles." He barked out a laugh. "With those things..." he glanced toward the floating little sprite. "Trying to tell you who you are."

A pause, as he seemed to be considering saying more. A shoulder rolled, as he seemed to be preparing himself for something, before offering, "I didn't need mine." The other shoulder then followed, popping from the effort of the movement, and he then said no more on the subject. "What else? Do I get a prize at the end of this little gameshow, huh?"

Kazuki couldn't help but wonder whether this stranger would be giving them a straight answer anytime soon. It really didn't matter to him who the other was, just like it didn't matter who the rest of the faces behind the X-eggs were. They all fell into the same category of 'wastes of space'. This boy didn't matter much in his grand scheme of plans. He was an annoying twerp with no other motivations in life other than antagonizing people.

That was his job and his job alone. Besides, he had a perfectly valid reason for his purposefully irritating ways.

Though the other did have a point about who he was. Kazuki was definitely lacking a proper sob story compared to most of the kids at this school. He grew up in a normal family with great grades and a decent education. He didn't have the street smarts that others possessed and certainly didn't try to participate in anything outside of his comfort zone. If it weren't for his odd looks and affiliation to eggs he might have even been the most normal person at this entire school.

"Hey, I like my bubble," he shrugged, "I'm not going to waste it, I fully intend on using my privilege as much as I can." As he spoke, Kazuki grabbed the X-egg from his growling character, holding it up in the sun to watch the slight shine of the black shell. "You didn't answer my question, you know. Specifics, specifics, that's what's most important in this world."

Kazuki turned to look at the other as he said his final words, squeezing the egg in his hands hard enough to crush it slowly as the shell splintered and his character whined. "Otherwise, you become boring."

"Didn't need yours?"

Kouya repeated the words, trying to mask the disbelief in his voice. It occurred to him before that the eggs were unnecessary, after all, more than half the student body didn't have them. But it didn't make sense. His knowledge of the whole egg business was limited at best. What he did know was that those x-eggs could hurt people.

Which is why Kouya did nothing to stop Kazuki from crushing the egg. The bleached haired guy's reaction was indiscernible, and as much as Kouya wanted to think that crushing the egg would solve their problems...

Kouya's grip became impossibly tighter as it almost seemed like he was gonna lift the guy off the ground. His patience was running thin, but as he lifted the other, a movement of light caught his eye. The lock hanging from bleach haired guy's belt caught the sun, shining dully with the movement. It could've been purely for decoration, and judging by the rest of his appearance, he could've been into that whole j-pop thing, but still...Something about it didn't sit right with him.

Glancing down, Kouya thought he could grab the lock without giving the other room to escape. But instead, Kouya's eyes seemed to go dark and his voice lowered threateningly.

"The lock, on your belt," he glanced down again, "What's it for?"

The stranger watched as the egg was slowly crushed in the fingers of the annoying one. He watched the hairline cracks form across the surface like a spider web, slowly growing until pieces started to form together and crush inward; softly, at first, as the pieces still hung on to each other in their adjacency, until they had bent too far and the pieces started to crush. His smirk would've twitched if he wasn't irritated.

"Hmm... guess I'm gonna need a new one of those. But, I see your point here."

Though he returned his attention to the familiar face as the grip tightened and the guy's eyes darkened considerably--it was a good look on him, much more fitting. The stranger wondered how he'd look with them empty.

"Oh, you like it?" He chuckled dryly, before pointing toward the other guy, toward the breaking X-egg that was clutched in his fingers. "It's for that. I could've shown you, but... well, too late now. You should try it sometime. You can, can't you? Or are you still too farm-fresh, like him?" The finger moved to point toward the blond's face, but his eyes never left the one gripping him. His smirk grew a little wider. "That'd be embarrassing."

Kazuki turned back to the cracked shells in his hands, slowly turning to dust as it disappeared in the wind. Although it drifted away he still felt as though it lingered on his finger tips. Akira watched it as well, tail twitching before he flew back to his place atop his student's head. The tiny guardian's eyes closed and he started to fall asleep. For the two of them their work was over and playtime was done with. Kazuki would have left the scene had it not been for the other's question.

He'd seen locks like those around campus, usually attached to the backpacks of a fellow egg-holder. He understood you could purchase them but he never really had a need to himself. He was taking this whole egg thing slow after all and a quick transformation was unnecessary. The strange boy seemed to think differently though as he referred to Kazuki as 'farm-fresh.'

"Hey, I don't need a transformation to Cure eggs or something. As long as I've got two hands I can break as many eggs as I want," Akira's presence was necessary for blocking any injuries he may receive and the obvious allowing him to see the eggs. Even if the little guardian melted back into his heart, he wouldn't be able to continue his mission.

"Why transform when you're ablebodied enough. Your heart is missing, not your arms or legs," Kazuki gave the short boy a once-over, "I mean, you're kind of on the smaller side but I believe in you!"

Kouya knew what they meant by transforming and of course he remembered what it was like. He still had the burn marks on his knuckles to remind him how much he hated it. It felt like months since that fight with Eli and Jisoo and them, but the memory of it still burned a little. But still, he huffed out what might've been a laugh at Kazuki's comment. He was short, it was funny.

He took another moment to decide what to do. If Kouya let him go, who knew what yankee kid would do let loose. The crowds had finally dissipated and he doubted the other guy would step in to help the yankee at this point. There was nothing stopping Kouya from beating this delinquent to a pulp right now. He had no more questions for him, and either way, Kouya doubted they'd be getting any more answers. Something told him Kazuki wouldn't be helping, but at least they already had the egg taken care of.

"Hand over the lock." 

If the egg wasn't his, then he could just get another egg once they crushed this one. If the lock let him transform, then he'd be able to transform with any egg. That was the real danger here. If the yankee kid didn't hand over the lock willingly, there was nothing stopping him from taking it by force.

[Juon]

"Curing? What a joke," the stranger guffawed. "No, it has plenty more uses than that. Get a little creative, will you? Who in their right minds would really just use that boundless power for fighting X-shit?" Rolling his eyes, he listened to the unknown face ramble on about him being able bodied and not needing any kind of whatever; he then had the nerve to not only call him short, but then to say that he believed in him?

Was this kid serious?

The stranger gave him nothing but a dead-eyed stare of disbelief.

It rolled back over to Kouya. So he wanted the lock, huh? "What? Want to try it out for a spin? I'm sure you won't have too much trouble finding another X-egg. Seiyo's always seemed pretty well-stocked," he teased. "Your uh, buddies there do a pretty great job at sucking."

A pleasant sigh, though, as he closed his eyes; he held that for a few seconds, before opening them to stare into the familiar face yet again. "And if I don't? You gonna beat me up until I give it to you? I'll cut you a deal; take me to the Guardians, and I'll hand it over, no questions asked."
