[AQ/ADMIN] Stranger Danger [Takeo/ADMIN]

It took her a minute before nodding her head. It was up to her, he was busy handling the stranger who was for some reason trying his hardest to burst through it and get to them. It was obvious this was exactly what Takeo did not want and she wasn't about to let him down.

"Tama!"

She called out for the small sprite who poked her head out of her bag, quickly flying out into action. She looked over to the bleachers, hoping she'd be able to find the egg within enough time. She hoped Takeo could hold out long enough, he certainly seemed strong enough to keep a hold on the door. She'd just have to rely on her faith in him and stay focused on her main objective.

"MY HEART, UNLOCK!"

She spared no time in transforming, moving her skirt a bit as she looked back to the bleachers once again, attempting to sense the location. It didn't take her long before she could almost pinpoint where exactly Ousuke and the X egg were hiding. She'd hop over the seats as she moved closer, trying to get there as fast as she could. Eventually she'd manage to find herself standing in front of the black egg and guardian character.

"Alright Ousuke....I'll take it from here..."

She took a deep breath, releasing whatever tension she held in her body before looking back to the egg once again. She hoped it covered. She really hoped it worked. She knew it wasn't a guaranteed move, knowing some cures hadn't worked but she wished for once things would go their way.

"It's time to forgive and forget little guy...!"

She raised her voice, bringing out her transformation's gauntlets. She pounded them together, eyeing the egg as she prepared the cure. Or at least...attempted it.

One last hit on the door. That was his cue to figure out that the guy had grown tired from pushing and forcing the lock, against Takeo's body weight. As he watched Junko make her way out, to follow Ousuke, the young man considered tagging along behind her, should she need help with the egg. It wasn't a matter of undermining Junko's capabilities, but the grim fact that cures didn't always work—and if he had some luck, he could get to the egg before the other guy would notice. He gave a few knocks at the door, still resting his back against it, before stampeding behind Junko's ponytail, guiding the way to the egg in the distance.

With a heart that raced as fast as the legs that took him to the egg, Takeo panted like an agitated dog, desperate to make his way to help the girl cure the egg. Not once did he bother to look back, adrenaline had taken over his psyche—he had no time to bother about whatever the guy was doing, or rather, he did not consider that he'd want to do something else, even without the x egg.

Furthermore, as soon as he'd make it there, Takeo would have transformed, calling over his guardian character's attention. "Thanks for taking care of that, Ousuke." To which the fairy would respond with a nod, and a bow to the lady. Without further addition, Takeo called his transformation:

"Ore no kokoro, unlock!"

And prince charming would be ready to assist his Knight. The pink sword made of light manifested in his right hand, and he stood in kendo posture besides the other. "Let me give you a hand, Junko. Let's do it at the same time! One... Two... And three... Cure!"

"Crazy little thing called love"

He mumbled, swinging his light sword upwards, accompanying Junko's cure movement.

The X-egg had yet to move, or even make any motion that it was alive, at all, aside from the fact that it was still floating.

As the two transformed individuals came over, it still hadn't broken from its dormant state; it didn't appear as if anything could break it. Perhaps it had been away from its owner for too long; perhaps it had been X for such a long time that it no longer had a drive to corrupt; or maybe simply its exposure to the stranger, who it couldn't spread any of its energy to, anyway. Perhaps it had worked too long to try and do so, and drained itself of energy. Could that happen?

The only action it gave throughout the process was the release of a high-pitched, screeching, agonizing scream as it was cured, the black shell slowly being taken over in splotches of white, until it had returned to a state of clean white eggshell.

But it still didn't really move, or give much response. The normal behavior of zooming to try and return to its owner didn't seem to be manifesting in this egg.

How inconvenient.


Meanwhile, the stranger had been left alone to do his bidding.
