★ SEIYO ACADEMY STUDENT DORMITORIES
Seiyo Academy's student dormitories are those leftover from when the campus was still a university, and are a bit aged, though still well-maintained and of fair price for those students who board on school grounds. It spans three floors over three wings, with each wing housing different years of students, divided by gender along either side of the hallway. The first floor houses a large common room and a number of maintenance and storage areas, with the two upper floors holding dorm rooms. There are enough rooms to house 320 students, with two students per room.
Vending machines are found at the end of each hallway, and laundry facilities can be found on the first floor.
The dorms do have a curfew in that all students must return to their rooms by 10PM, with lights out at midnight. Students found outside of their room or up past these hours are subjected to detention the following day. While students in the dorms may visit each other's rooms at any time during the day, they must return to their own rooms at lights out.
Noise is to be kept at a minimum within rooms, and rooms must be kept as clean as possible, and are subjected to weekly checks by the dorm manager. As such, pets and/or animals are prohibited to be kept within the building. Any illegal substances also found anywhere within the building will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
Dorms stay open to a limited degree during school breaks, should students be unable to return home for any reason.(click for full-size)
All rooms are doubles (even if only one student uses the room), and offer a large amount of storage considering the (small) space provided. Each room is also equipped with a full bathroom (including fan) (Click for how it works). Things such as microwaves, refrigerators, and hot plates are allowed, but not provided by the school and require permission from the dorm manager.
Rooms are equipped with four sets of two outlets, as well as two outlets for ethernet. All switches for utilities (lights, bathroom fan, etc) are found on one panel beside the door.
AC/heating units can be found in the upper corner, and can be operated independently by students.
