Description: It’s currently spring in Otonoki, and that means cherry blossom viewing! The park can be a great place to view the petals in bloom… or to find some X activity.

Defend flower viewers from X-eggs: +4 Faberge, +2 Roost

Go flower viewing with a friend or friends: +3 Guardians, -3 Roost

Sing karaoke on the open stage!: +3 Faberge, -3 Roost

Break an X-egg: -3 Faberge, -2 Roost, -2 Guardians, +5

The Sunday noon was yet another 'chance' for Takeo to have a 'cute' date with Miho, is such thing was even possible. Prior to the weekend, Takeo had asked the girl to go flower viewing, over twitter. It sounded just like any other nice, innocent friend hangout between old classmates, but Takeo's plans were far from being innocent. He had everything arranged: They would do as expected, and go flower viewing, have something to eat together, play for a while at the game booths, and maybe take a nap under the shade of a tree, with cherry flower petals raining on them. However, right after the sunset, with the dim lights of the park and a chiller atmosphere, Takeo would ask her to go out steady. Previously that week, on an errand day, he had the responsibility to run the student store. Taking the chance to make such an embarrassing purchase in private, Takeo bought a few lock key chains to decorate his bag. But most importantly, he got himself a green marble, which was the Seiyo Academy's 'official' way to ask someone out. Accepting it from another student meant that their relationship was official; it wasn't a matter of real and pure love, but of desperation. Looking at his phone's screen with tired eyes, Takeo reviewed the reasons behind his proposal: to get over the thought of someone else, once and for all, but his egg guardian, Ousuke, wasn't all that pleased with the young man's idea.  

"A woman's heart is a fickle, but delicate thing. Your eyes cannot lie to the guardian of your dream, you don't love, at all!" The small prince floated above his human's head, visibly saddened at the thought of hurting that poor girl so selfishly. "Playing with a lady's feelings is not gentlemanly at all, Takeo kun! I can't let you have a character change for the sake of making someone suffer like that! I'm here to help you become a better person, not to support your selfishness!" Despite his pocket doll size, Ousuke carried himself like a true Prince when talking to others, with the assertiveness of a leader, and the charisma of a true member of royalty. Regardless of his people skills, Takeo wasn't all that impressed, or fully coerced, by the tiny fairy's advice. He would carry his plan as noted and, if better came to worst, he would just force himself to like someone else. 

"I do like her. I have liked Miho for a while." His throat felt dry, both from the anxiety, and from a bad night of sleep. He hadn't eaten breakfast that morning, stressed out by the idea of carrying with the plan of the date, and all its fickle details. " I liked her in middle school, too, so, if you don't politely shut up, I'm going to shove you back into your shell. I've done it before and I will do it again. Fuck you, Ousuke." Sending back and forth cute LINE stickers with Miho, Takeo let her know where exactly he would be waiting at the park: a large, bushy tree, near the center of the place and by the lake's side, with a grey sheet of fabric spread beneath its shadow. "Everybody knows you can learn how to love someone, stupid." There was a large bottle of water on the bag he brought to the park, which he chugged to half its content before going on, preaching, "...If she can learn how to love a sack of shit like me, then, we kill two birds with a stone. I get over Keiko; she's not annoyed at me anymore; Miho gets a boyfriend; everybody is happy, and I get away with my shit. How do you like my plan?" But he didn't sound excited or happy in the slightest. Deep whitin, Takeo knew that his plan would go to waste. 

So, Takeo sat by the shade of the tree, waiting for the girl in question to arrive. He played with his ear plugs, pulling them in an out, as he laid on his side, watching the soft cherry petals dance in the air. Pink, white and violet tinted, it was such a romantic sight to witness, that he even thought about Miho being covered in them, smiling as innocently as ever.

 He murmured, swearing to have seen such flowers floating in the sky. "Ah, where's Miho, anyway?"
